Summer Shut Down

As summer approaches, many of our European decorative hardware partners will temporarily close their factories and main offices for their annual summer holidays. 

Shutdown Dates: August 10th – August 23rd, 2026 

To help you plan your upcoming projects, please review how this impacts your orders: 

Order Deadline: Please order before next Wednesday, August 5th to be included on our last stock order before the shut down. 

In-Stock Items: Orders for items physically stocked at Dekkor (including most Dekkor Stainless Steel and select Viefe and Giusti products) will ship normally. 

Website Indicators: Check product pages for availability. Items marked "ships same day/next day" are unaffected. 

Expected Delays: Products marked "Typically ships in 1-2 weeks" will face fulfillment delays until late August or early September. 

Customer Support: Our local customer service team remains open to handle inquiries, process quote requests, and accept new orders. You may continue to place orders throughout the shutdown period. Our team will review each submission and provide you with an updated, realistic shipping timeline.
