Avoiding Returns: Please pay attention to product specifications including size, finish and model when placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in your selection. We have many sizes and finishes. Please pay attention to the options (size/finish/style) in the drop down. Customer errors are not our responsibility.

Please note that RGA requests for special orders, returns more than 30 days after the invoice date and value of goods under $100 will not be processed. We DO NOT credit physically damaged (broken) product if damage occurs after delivery. 

Trade Account holders/Trade discounts - receive a credit memo for returned product. Before any goods can be returned, a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) must be issued. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be corrected at our cost.
Sale products are final sale

Contact us via email to arrange any returns: [email protected]. Original invoice number required. 

We must be notified, in writing over email of shipping errors/defective merchandise within 10 days from invoice date. We cover return cost for shipping errors/defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
We DO NOT credit physically damaged (broken) product if damage occurs after delivery, in your possession. 
Claims of damage on receipt or in shipping MUST be accompanied by images of the product and shipping box, whether or not there is visible damage to the outside of the box. We DO NOT credit physically damaged (broken) product if image of product or packaging upon receipt are not provided. 
There may be circumstances where we require product shipped back at your expense. If after inspection, the problem is deemed Dekkor and/or product fault, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. 

Return shipping charges (including brokerage fees) on no-fault (change of mind) returns are the responsibility of the customer. A 40% restocking charge will apply. 

NOTE: International (any country other than Canada, including USA) Returns must be shipped as: "DELIVERED DUTY PAID" or " Free Domicile. Any shipping charges incurred for returned goods will be deducted from the credit. Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees on 'no-fault' change of mind) returns are NOT covered by Dekkor. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are determined by Country customs laws.

Upon receipt and verification of goods by our warehouse (goods must be received in saleable condition), a credit note or refund will be processed.
